The Director of the Association presented the Certificate of Appreciation to A. Makarenko for active and fruitful cooperation on the launch of the “customs visa-free regime” and European integration.
During the meeting, the Board considered the state of the issue of state regulation of customs brokerage activities. An agreement was reached with the software developer to ensure that customs brokers and persons conducting operations with goods can obtain the statistical data necessary to fill out the self-assessment questionnaire.
The Head of the Ukrainian delegation to the UN Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business supported the EBA initiative and drew attention to the importance of continuing further cooperation between the Association and the IFIs in order to bring the mechanism of state regulation of access to the market of customs intermediaries in line with international standards.
