♀️ 4.10 in the CCU under the NCTS for inward transit to goods, commercial vehicles under customs control, apply:
✅ means of ensuring identification (Article 326 of the CCU) application of seals + seals of a special type (Article 92 of the CCU).
✅ guarantee of EX of goods from the UA in the customs regime of export with the imposition of seals by the customs authority.
✅for the control of the TR TR – the subject of the procedure for the movement of goods in the TR TR (according to T1) can only be a resident + national guarantor.
