Weekly news review:

⚡️10.10 E-queue: If the number of trucks passing through a particular checkpoint is approximately the same every day, then the e-queue will offer the driver the most accurate arrival time.

If 600 trucks crossed the checkpoint today and 400 tomorrow, the algorithm will increase the waiting time by a third.

At large checkpoints, it can be several days plus. This is especially noticeable during the seasonal increase in the number of shipments in the fall. Currently, more than 22 thousand trucks are waiting online. Source.

♀️ 12.10 Passage and accounting of humanitarian aid under martial law from 1.12.2023 Organizations that intend to import humanitarian aid will be able to:

✅ register;

✅ log in to the website;

✅ Prepare and submit a declaration;

✅ The declaration will be sent to the customs via information exchange;

✅ The system will automatically assign a unique code to the declaration;

✅ Customs officers will use this code to let the cargo through.

As a result:

a digital mechanism for accounting and importation of humanitarian aid is established; the requirement to fill out a declaration (which was relevant before) remains; the issue of generating reports is regulated through a convenient and accessible form based on previously completed declarations.
