Is not interested in depriving customs brokers of the right to conduct such activities;
☝️ Will analyse facts of non-compliance with customs legislation to make an objective decision:
Regarding the registration of enterprises with the customs authorities;
Failure to indicate the details of the contract for the provision of goods declaration services in the customs declaration;
On failure to indicate in customs declarations information about documents confirming the authority of the person submitting the customs declaration.
