️24.05 In case of submission of false information and/or forged documents, the State Customs Service will send a report of a criminal offense to law enforcement agencies regarding the existing signs of a crime under Articles 205-1 and 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Results of the meeting with the representative of the World Customs Organization within the framework of the second stage of the WCO Technical Mission
Proposals:
⚡️ granting to customs inspectors of discretionary powers, in order to display information on the actions of a particular inspector, which will remain in the system for investigation if necessary.
⚡️ automatic acceptance of declarations into the database in order to prevent the principle of selectivity in the processing of declarations by customs inspectors
⚡️ introduction of a control system for customs clearance (government agencies working at the border, law enforcement agencies control the activities of customs officials and the quality of their data processing)
⚡️ organization of a separate traffic lane for trucks transiting to ports, in particular through the territory of Poland;
⚡️ when exporting goods through the EU: conducting veterinary and phytosanitary control directly at the destination customs offices in order to speed up the border crossing by trucks.
