Weekly news review:
⚡️13.07 Possibility of TN TR of goods using NCTS, similar to Union transit (WP 9014-1)
✅ companies that have received the right to use the international guarantee will now be able to cover not only goods sent to counterparties in other countries party to the Convention, but also independently guarantee the movement from the border to the internal customs or their own authorized facility.
✅ only a resident will be able to act as a subject of the procedure for the movement of goods under the T1 procedure with a guarantee of movement issued by a national guarantor. The same guarantees will be used for the purposes of the TN TR as for the international application of the NCTS.
✅ execution of one TR declaration for goods that are transported or will be transported in one vehicle (container or package) from one customs authority of departure to one customs authority of destination;
✅ introduction of the add. TR simplifications – the status of an authorized TIR consignor and the status of an authorized TIR consignee. Source.
